Benard + Associates has developed and conducted numerous seminars and programs that educate those who want to be investigators, professionals who now find themselves conducting investigations as part of their role within their organization, and active investigators who want to enhance their skills and capabilities.
We have developed orientation programs and educational modules to assist them in learning the key components of investigations including legislative compliance, developing investigation plans, interviewing techniques, sourcing and gathering information, and report writing. We developed and provided educational sessions for such organizations as the Human Resources Professionals Association, Osgoode Hall Law School, Canadian Network of Agencies for Regulation, and many others.
