We have received a great number of inquiries on private workshops for organizations, where we tailor the learning objectives to what you need for your organization. If you have a larger group of people who could benefit from our workshops, it may be more cost effective and efficient to work with us on creating a more customized program, where we come to you.

All our programs are aimed at addressing the professional development needs of regulatory investigators, human resources professionals, union leaders, and health & safety leaders. We are an approved provider of continuing professional education by the Human Resources Professionals Association, and are recognized as leaders in the field of investigation.

We don’t just teach tell people what to do, we show you how to do it. This comes from our hands on, daily experience in investigations, and conflict resolution.

Simply put, if you or your organization has an investigation or conflict resolution obligation or role, we have programs that will help you “make the leap” and take your skills and your team’s skills to the next level.

We also do large scale staff education on maintaining a respectful workplace and harassment prevention. These programs offer a better understanding of harassment and how to prevent problems before investigations and mediations or some more drastic measures are required.
