Announcing Nuance Education + Training

We are very proud to announce the opening of our sister company Nuance Education + Training.

Over more than 12 years Benard + Associates has seen almost everything you can imagine in the world of investigations. Whether it is a regulatory matter, workplace issue, or a combination of both, we have dealt with it and have the insight to create approaches and best practices that are second to none.

Nuance Education + Training offers both customized programs for organizations with groups that have a need for professional development, as well as regularly scheduled programs offered across Ontario. All our programs are aimed at addressing the professional development needs of regulatory investigators, human resources professionals, union leaders, and health & safety leaders. We are an approved provider of continuing professional education by the Human Resources Professionals Association, and are recognized as leaders in the field of investigation.

We don’t just teach tell people what to do, we show you how to do it. This comes from our hands on, daily experience in investigations, and conflict resolution.
Simply put, if you or your organization has an investigation or conflict resolution obligation or role, we have programs that will help you “make the leap” and take your skills and your team’s skills to the next level.

We also do large scale staff education on maintaining a respectful workplace and harassment prevention. These programs offer a better understanding of harassment and how to prevent problems before investigations and mediations or some more drastic measures are required.
