“Trump-eting” Our Own Horn

Lately I have been giving a lot of thought to what it is that makes us great and what separates our company from others. More importantly, I have been struggling to figure out how to tactfully point this out without sounding egotistical or boastful. After all, I want people to respect us and to want to work with us.

Then it hit me – Donald Trump!

Donald Trump has spent the last several months demonstrating his enormous capacity for speaking positively about himself, and although some find him offensive, his popularity grows steadily. Now I don’t want to get into a political debate about whether what he is saying is correct or incorrect, rather, my focus is on his style. That’s when it occurred to me that I should be able to promote and even brag a little about our services and talents, as long as I stay out of the “Trump Zone.”

For those of you not familiar with the Trump Zone, it is that space where people stop listening to the content of your statements because they are so focused on your choice of words, obnoxious hand gestures, or your hair. I think we are safe on all of these fronts, so here are a few things about Benard + Associates that will demonstrate who we are and what we bring to the table for our clients:
