Celebrating Twenty Years

It all started in 2004, when Dean Benard made his vision a reality. Now twenty years later, Benard + Associates is arguably the premiere regulatory and workplace investigation and mediation firm in Canada. Over the last twenty years, Dean and his team have continued to innovate and grow into an incredible team that always meets their clients’ needs. At this stage of the Benard + Associates evolution, we continue to bring new and exciting things forward. To celebrate this milestone we launched the Benard + Associates Education Centre, with online investigation training programs.

You get downloadable written materials, and slides that contain much of the material covered. These courses include testing following each module, so your certificate has meaning. The best part?… when you take a course you are given free access to our online “Communities”, which include a 24/7 feed to share ideas and ask questions, but also bi-weekly live and interactive sessions, where you can network, ask questions, or just listen in as we share more information. We will also have guest speakers attend to share their insights.

We also launched an App. Yes, an App. It’s available on Apple’s App Store and soon on the Google Play Store. The App is called Excelsior+. Why such an elaborate name? Well, it is all about rising and elevating our skills and abilities, and that is serious business. The App is a portal to both free educational resources, and our online education platform. People who take our online courses will rise and level up their game, and the phenomenal array of free educational materials, including videos, articles, and hot topic social media posts will surely add even more value. It is all in one place, and will be updated weekly. Once the App is available on both Apple and Google, we will post more information and provide QR codes for easy downloads.
