New Director of Workplace Solutions

Benard + Associates is very pleased to announce the appointment of our new Director of Workplace Solutions, Paul Nicholson. In the words of President and CEO Dean Benard, “Paul has done exceptional work leading complex and unique workplace harassment, abuse and discrimination investigations. This appointment is exciting for another reason – Paul partners with our clients to look at the root causes of conflict and gets to know their businesses, offering post-investigation support that will form the foundation of our Workplace Solutions approach.”

Paul’s background in Human Resources includes positions in the manufacturing, logistics, non-profit and multi-sport games industries. He joined Benard and Associates in 2019, completing dozens of investigations, mediations and workplace assessments for a wide range of small, medium and large organizations in the private, non-profit and greater public sectors.
